How does your made-to-order model work?
We operate on a pre-order basis to eliminate waste and keep costs low. Once a campaign ends, our artisans begin crafting your items, ensuring the highest quality while passing the savings directly to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each pair is handcrafted from scratch, the process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We will keep you updated with production milestones throughout the journey of your shoes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Items must be in unworn, original condition. If the fit isn't perfect, we'll help you find the right size or provide a full refund.
What kind of leather do you use?
We exclusively use full-grain calfskin leather sourced from gold-rated tanneries in Italy and Argentina. This ensures durability, breathability, and a beautiful patina that develops over time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping to our global community in the near future.
How should I care for my Beckett Simonon shoes?
We recommend using cedar shoe trees to maintain shape and moisture control. Regularly clean with a damp cloth and apply a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple.
